Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Tags and labels must be intact.

Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product must not be in the list of non-returnable items (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Diapers, baby wipes, innerwear, and hygiene products.

Personalized or custom-made items.
-
Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale”.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at [support@tabariababymall.com] or WhatsApp us on [insert number] with your Order ID and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable).

Pack the item securely in original packaging.
Note: For non-serviceable pin codes, you may need to ship the product back to us at your cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).

If the replacement is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear pictures/videos of the item and packaging.

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing or calling us. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
