Return & Refund Policy – Tabaria Baby Mall
We accept returns under certain conditions. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The product should not fall under the non-returnable category.
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include diapers, baby wipes, innerwear, hygiene products, personalized or custom-made items, and products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
To initiate a return, you must contact us by emailing support@tabariababymall.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable. The product must be packed securely in its original packaging. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers may need to ship the product back at their own cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
